Apple Cinnamon smoothie

1 cup of milk

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 small apple

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

handful of ice cubes

Wash and peel apple.
Cut up into cubes and take out the seeds.
Add ingredients and blend for one minute.

Hope you enjoy it is really easy if you prepare the apples the night before

Lots of people LOVE cinnamon and I think my kids would enjoy a smoothie that tastes a bit like apple pie. I'm going to try this one (although I'm trying to figure out if I can sneak spinach or some other veggies in)

My children won't eat this! Why would someone put cinnamon in a smoothie! Why not a banana or strawberry smoothie! WOW!! I need something better than this!
