Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:


  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp flax seed

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
