Berry Banana Tomato Surprise

by Cheryl
(Pennsylvania)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fat free plain or vanilla yogurt
1 whole banana
6 strawberries
1 handful grape tomatoes
splash of apple juice (to sweeten)

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. You can also place all of the ingredients in the blender at night and keep in the fridge. This makes it a snap in the morning and you literally have a smoothie in your to-go cup in 2 minutes flat (plus being in the fridge over night makes all of the ingredients nice and cold)
