Brain Power Smoothie!

by Marsha Hutcheson
(Eagle Point, Oregon)

1/2 Banana

1/2 Pear (or apple)
1/4 cup Blueberries (or strawberries)
1/4 cup Fresh Cranberries (or frozen cherries)
2 inch Chunk of English Cucumber (washed)
6 (approx) Baby Carrots
1/4 cup Parsley
1 large Handful Spinach
1 cup Water
1 cup Coconut Milk (non sweetened)
2 dollops Nonfat Plain Yogurt-low sugar(optional)

Makes enough for 2 meals or 2 people and keeps well in the refrigerator. Ingredients are interchangeable with what you have on hand. I usually just try to add the same amount of vegetables to fruit in my smoothies. Try adding spirulina to it for an extra boost. Great when you need that extra boost or concentration, ENJOY!!!
