Breakfast Treat

4-5 beet greens

4 baby carrots
5 slices cucumber
4 small cooked beets
3 ounces chocolate milk
8 strawberries

Blend and enjoy.
Top the smoothie off with 1/4 teaspoon hemp hearts
or any type of crushed almonds , etc.

Very pretty, delicious, and good for you

Dear Anonymous, Comparing just 3 oz of chocolate milk to potato chips seems like a stretch to me and your comment was certainly not very friendly. Feel free to tweak a recipe and share your own version in the comments for others who might want to try it.

Thank you Beatrice for sharing your recipe here! It sounds like a terrific way to "sneak" a bunch of veggies into a smoothie that my kids will enjoy! Can't wait to try it!
