Make your spaghetti squash and set aside.

Pre-heat oven to 350'

Brown 2 - 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts in large frying pan. Add 1/2 cup water and cover, and simmer till chicken is done. Add your favorite name brand spaghetti sauce (large size) to the frying pan, leave the lid off and simmer over low heat till sauce is slightly thickened.

Use a large baking dish, coated with Pam Olive Oil Spray. Spread the squash loosely in the baking dish.

Remove the chicken from frying pan and set aside.

Pour half the sauce over the squash, place the chicen breasts on top, pour the rest of the sauce on, cover generously, with grated jack cheese, and put into oven until cheese is melted.

When all the flavors blend together, it is delicious. Enjoy!
