8-10 oz Milk
1 tbsp Non Hydrogenated Peanut Butter
1 Banana (Optional)
1 handful Walnuts (Optional)
-Blend a few seconds-
1 tsp Baking Cocoa (No sugar)(Or Chocolate Whey Protein Powder)
1 spoon Pure Stevia Extract (white powder)
1 tsp Xylitol
Drop or so of Pure Vanilla Extract (Optional)
-Blend a few seconds-
Ice (1 handful for cold; two for colder, three to Freeze)
