Cut squash in half, take out seeds if large, peel squash and slice thin. Put flour into large baggie. Dip squash into milk and place into baggie with flour. Shake until coated.
Put oil into frying pan and fry squash until golden. Drain onto paper towel. Serve with meal or as an appitizer.
Kids love them too.
