Fruit Burrito

by Kittie Reese

My daughter loves these and they are easy to grab and go for rushed mornings. The quick trick is to cut up fruit the night before so it's just spread, sprinkle and roll for the morning.

Low carb whole wheat torilla(found at Giant)
low fat cream cheese
sugar free jelly (which ever flavor you like)
assorted fruit(blueberries, raspberries, bananas, kiwi, apple, peach, strawberries)

Spread tortilla with 1 tablespoon cream cheese
spread 1 tablespoon jelly over cream cheese
sprinkle 2 or three fruits over jelly and roll up burrito style

You can also add splenda or stevia to cream cheese for sweeter still.
