Fruit Porriage Oat

1.whole grain oat 4 tablespoon
4.2/3 teaspoon of milk
Dice 1/4 quarter of an apple
1/4 of banana
squeeze half an orange into a clean cup
bring a pot to a boil,add the oat, milk and water mix properly. Allow to boil say for 3 minutes, then add the banana, apple, stir and allow to boil for a minute or 2 minute, bring it down from the heat,then pour the squeeze orange and mix together, and it ready to serve.
this breakfast is perfect for a healthy start of the day.
