Glazed Scallop Squash

3 scallop squash-sliced,or diced(remove seeds if you want)
1/4 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter.
adjust sugar and butter to taste. This squash is sweet.
Cook squash in small amount of water until tender/crisp. Drain and add the sugar and butter. Heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is disolved.
Add cooked summer squash or zucchini for more color.
