Grean Beans And Mustard

by Cynthia
(San Diego)

1 small onion
1/4 cup of white wine
3 cups of fresh green beans
1 clove of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Grey Poupon

In a pan saute the green beans in the wine until they turn bright green along with the chopped onions. When beans are bright green, drain the water and add garlic. Saute with the olive oil until the garlic appears softened. Stir in the Grey Poupon for one minute and serve. This recipe is tasty cold too.
