GREEN CHILE SQUASH

SLICE YELLOW SQUASH AND BOIL IN WATER UNTIL TENDER.
DRAIN AND MASH. ADD SMALL CAN OF DICED GREEN CHILES, 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE AND 1/2 CUP OF MILK...ADD A LITTLE BUTTER TO TASTE AS WELL AS SALT AND PEPPER. DELICIOUS SIDE DISH! ENJOY
