Green smoothie

two carrots

vanilla protein whey
kale handful
spinach handful
two red apples
two green apples
cup of frozen blueberries
cup of frozen strawberries
flaxseed two tablespoons
one cup or two of fatfree yogurt
one tablespoon of cinnimon
two cups of water
if you like them cold add two cups of ice

put the carrots and apples in with water n blend than add the rest until smooth and enjoy.

If I want it cold do I also add the water and ice or do I just use ice?
