Green Strawberry-Banana smoothie

Its green, healthy, and SUPER yummy! Packed with vitamins & nutrients! Great meal on the go, especially for toddlers that don't want to sit for their breakfast!

1 cup of strawberries (frozen if desired)
1 medium banana (frozen if desired)
2 cups of raw baby spinach leaves
2 cups of milk
Optional: 1 tsp of Mila seed (or flax seed- for fiber)

Yields 3 cups. Better on your blender if only 1 fruit is frozen. Add in additional fruits if desired, but you may need to add more liquid to keep a drinkable consistency.
