No Truvia!!!
by: Anonymous

It is recommended that you use whole stevia, not Truvia! The more processed a thing like stevia is, the worse it is for you. It is officially recommended that you limit stevia-sweetened things. For stuff like smoothies, there's no reason not to throw in the whole herb rather than the processed white powder or granules, which are way more potent in steviosides, which are converted in the gut to steviol, which is toxic. But the same doctor who reported on this study did comment, when asked in a talk he was giving, that whole stevia was much safer than the extract. That isn't in this video but you can write in a comment on this page and ask him:

You can buy powdered organic whole stevia at

You can get free shipping on your first order with coupon code BET844. iHerb is awesome, and has great prices on SOME things. And they give you the expiration date plus ingredients of the actual item you are ordering. (Not everything tho so you need to know your prices.) I get most (but not all) of my organic and cruelty free supplements and beauty stuff from them.
