If you want to know something which kids love, it is yogurt with flavor. You can get low fat yogurt and mix it with flavored yogurt and put it in a cup. Then you can add a little granola and fruits on top so it adds a little healthy flavor. The best fruits to use are blueberries, strawberries, and bananas!
