Jay's Tropical Escape

1 cup frozen spinach, 1/2 cup frozen broccoli 1 cup all natural apple or orange juice blend/juice till it is a frothy liquid. Then add in whatever fruits you like. I added in frozen strawberries(no sugar), frozen mango chunks(no sugar), 1 cup of tropical fruit salad and then blend. add more apple/orange juice to make it smooth. ENJOY!

The drink will be green so to get the kids to drink it put it in a dark colored cup with a lid and given them some straws. Once they drink it tell them to look inside...lol. Jay(my son) thought it was kewl his drink was green. NEVER TELL THEM it's VEGGIES!
