kale and berries smoothly

try this recipe I find it healthy for everyone ! I tried it and I like it: one bunch of kale, 2bunches of spinach, half cucumber,2 big carrots and a cup of mixed frozen berries, put all these ingredients in blender with 32 oz of water,l bend till smooth ,store in big pitcher in the fridge and drink twice a day ( morning,evening)as follow : fill half cup of this blend and finish half water ,mix with a spoon and enjoy healthy smoothie ( this pitcher should be enough for 4-5 days to fit our daily busy schedule )
