Kale Smoothie

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup milk (dairy, soy, rice, or coconut)
1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
2 medium-size kale leaves

2-3 servings

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. (I keep the blender going for a good little while to make sure the texture is nice and smooth without any bits of kale left.) My kids LOVE this!
