One pound of fresh green beans:
Wash and trim, both ends, cut in one inch lenghths.

Low Boil unil light green or aldente, (crunch to bite)
drain in colander, drop in cold water to stop cooking
process and drain again in colander.

In same pot, saute finally chopped smoked bacon, when
crisp, add finally chopped medium onion and three cloves of garlic.When translucent add a table spoon
of all purpose flour mix well and add half can of chicken broth and stir until creamy, if too thick add
a little more broth until the right consistancy is reached. Add Green beans and heat on low until beans
and sauce combine and reach same tempature. Now
the final touch. Add one half cup of grated Gruyer
swiss cheese. Stir gently until well incorperated.

Garnish with a sprig of parsly. Guten Apatite
