Mixed Vegetable and Fruit Smoothie
1 cup of mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn, peas, carrots)frozen or fresh
1 cup of cherries
1 cup of blueberries or any fruit you like
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of cool whip
1. Blend mixed vegetables and almond milk first.
2. Add cherries and blueberries and water and blend.
3. Then last add cool whip as much as you like and blend.
4. Add sugar (stevia) if needed then enjoy.
