No ice needed!

1 c. frozen mixed veggies (green beans, peas, carrots)

1/2 c. frozen berries
1 small container greek yogurt
1/2 c. real fruit juice (we use V8 splash to get more veggies)

Blend the frozen stuff first until it is crushed
Add the yogurt and fruit juice, blend until smooth.

Its the only way my son gets any veggies in his diet!
