This is so quick to prepare. It is actually a complete meal, with carbohydrate,protein, and vegetables in one dish. My lil girl loves it and keep her energized during her school hours.
Dried noodle, boiled according to instruction, and let it cool for a minute or two. You can cut it in smaller size for toddler.
Any vegetables. I found shredded carrot and spinach is the best.
2 eggs, whisk
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1. Whisk eggs in large bowl.
2. Put noodle and vegetables in the bowl
3. Use cheese, salt and pepper for seasoning
4. Mix well
5. Heat cooking oil and cook the omelette mixture. I usually use cute pans to cook this (you can buy this on Japanese bento online shop) The omelette will turn out to look like star, or flower or triangle.
