Parmesan Baked Squash

Preheat oven to 325. Cut squash in half, run fork through the body of the squash , spread with butter, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place in shallow baking pan & bake until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan on top, bake until parmesan is melted and light golden brown.
