patty pan sauce

Just like applesauce--serve cold!

Peal squash & seed
cook chuncked squash till tender
drain & put in food processor until applesauce consistency
Add apple pie spice -sugar & cinnamon to taste
It's great & kept in refrig. you will have more to serve later
