Power Fruit and Veggie Blend

Ingredients: 1 Whole leaf of Collard green 4 Whole Strawberries 1/2 cup of frozen berries of choice 1/2 cup of soymilk, rice milk, or almond milk 2 Tablespoons of grade B maple syrup Start by first breaking large ingredients into smaller pieces and putting into blender one at a time. Add milk and then maplesyrup until well blended. May add crushed ice to mixture as you are blending. |
