Power Fruit Smoothie

1 ripe banana

1 cup strawberries (frozen works great)
1/2 cup kefir (strawberry kefir if extra sweetness needed) or 1 container of yogurt
2 tablespoons-1/4 cup milk
1/4 avocado
squirt of flax seed oil
1 T frozen spinach (increase as you can)
and any other berries or fruits you love
