protein booster/super jiyalicious green smoothie

Blend together:

1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 banana
a handful of almonds
a TBS of flaxseed powder
1 or 2 TBS whey protein powder
a few strawberries or blueberries
a few pieces of cut cantaloupe
and any kind of greens (1 cup) like spinach, cilantro, parsley, basil, or kale Acc. to your taste.
