Secretly Healthy Blue Smoothie

(My 17 month old twins LOVE this smoothie!)


Ingredients:
1 Cup frozen blueberries
1 Cup fresh spinach leaves
1 Cup plain yogurt
1/2 Cup milk
1 Tbsp honey

Steps
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
2. Enjoy.

i am going to love this

All those ingredients make me feel that this is going to be a really healthy one. The plus point here is that we can make our children drink this with ease and make them have spinach easily.

Not bad. Our family is accustomed to fruit smoothies but decided to try to add veggies. My kids rated it a 3 overall, lower marks on taste, higher marks on "good for you". I would make it again. Thanks.

Good, surprisingly good. u can smell the spinach but it is not an overwhelming taste, and it is not too sweet. good!!
