Spaghetti Squash Italiano

1 spaghetti Squash

1 jar of your favorite tomato pasta sauce (or homemade sauce)
1 bag of italian blend cheese
1c parmagino cheese

Slice spaghetti squash in half, and remove seeds and fibers.
Place both halves of squash on aluminin foil and fill with sauce and italian blend cheese, and parmagino cheeses and bake at 400 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
