Spaghetti Squash "Slaw"

Prepare squash, I bake it. Split in half remove seeds, turn upside down on cookie sheet put in oven for about 30 min. on 400 degrees. Check often. When knife inserted and is tender remove from oven Very carefully use a fork and scrape to get the spaghetti out, let cool completly toss with your favorite slaw dressing, and salt and pepper, taste great when cold, it has a nice crunch to it.

You can also add slivered almonds and dried cranberries to it makes it taste even more yummy.

You can also microwave in bowl covered with plastic, just add a few drops of water for steam. It takes about 8-10 min. depending on the size of the squash.
