Spaghetti Squash Tacos

This recipe works by replacing the ground beef with spaghetti squash.


Ingrediants:
1 Spaghetti squash cooked by cutting in halth lenght wise and baking in the oven with a little olive oil.
1 packet of Taco seasoning
Whole wheat tortillas
Tomato, lettuce, cheese, sourcream to garnish your tacos

After getting the spaghetti squash out of the shell, put it in a large sautee pan. Add in the taco seasoning, add to taste because it will end up spicy if you put the whole packet. Follow the directions on the packet, but you will probably want to add a little water to the squash and seasoning mix or they will be dry.
Lightly cook the torillas with a little butter in a seperate pan so that they are warm.

Add the spashetti squash to the center and add what ever you normally would like on a taco.

I found this recipe on the internet for a vegetarian friend. It worked out very well! Especially since the squash that i used was extra from making spaghetti squash with shrimp.
