Spaghetti Squash Vegetable Medley

1 spaghetti squash
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can diced tomatoes (fresh if you have them)
1 cup celery slices
1 can red kidney beans (or your favorite bean)
1 Tbs olive oil
Prepare squash the usual way, remove from skin
While Squash is cooking, sautee remaining ingredients
Toss all together with salt and pepper to taste
VERY good and low calorie
