Spicey Cider and Cucumber smoothie

Me and my friend's 8 year old just love this one! it's so fruity and festive that you'd never guess how healthy it really is!

2 apples (I've found that fugi apples taste best in this)
1 cucumber, peeled and de-seeded
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp stevia (powder)
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup water

Blend it all together and enjoy. You can add ice, or steam the apples and cucumber and blend them hot depending on if you want a cold treat or a warm snack for a cold day. We liked to drink them very warm like cider, with cinnamon sticks and some graham crackers, or gingerbread scones. More filling and nutritious than plain cider, this is one of my favorites.
