This smoothie has been a huge hit in my house. It's that pina colada flavor that we all love along with a healthy extra.
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
half a can (4 oz.) coconut milk
1 1/2 cups pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups plain yogurt (we like to use kiefer instead of yogurt)
stevia to taste
Add all ingredients ,except stevia, together in blender and blend till smooth. Sweeten with the stevia and enjoy!
I like to freeze all my ingredients (except the yogurt or kiefer) to make it cool and more like a treat than a health shake.
