Stephanie's Scallop Squash Saute

1 Scallop Squash
1/2 red onion
2 stalks Celery
2 carrots
1 clove garlic
1/4 Tsp cayenne Pepper
Salt & pepper to your liking
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 C Organic chicken broth
Melt butter in a pan
Saute Squash, onion, celery and carrots for a couple minutes, then add broth and garlic and seasonings and bring to boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, add seasonings and then cook for a couple more minutes and wala you have a great tasting nutritional meal.
