1.Wash at least 10 strawberries
2.Cut the strawberries in half, then cut the half in half again.(8 pieces all together)
3.Put them in a blender with ice and milk if you want.
4.Blend them until they are fully blended and are a drink.
4.Pour it into a cup and a healthy breakfast is right there!
