Super Good Fruit smoothie

1 banana, chopped

1 cup of blueberries
1/2 cucumber, chopped
2 large, green leaves of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of 1% or organic milk

blend intermittently between additions of items, and add ice to "smoothify" the drink


next time I'll add kiwi or apple in the mix. the more the merrier, right?!
