Super kale weight loss smoothie

1c. Kale washed & chopped
1c. Mixed berries
1 whole carrot or 5/6 baby carrots
1c. Yogurt of choice or almond milk
1 single serve of splenda (optional)
1c. Orange juice
Blend ice and orange juice first then add all fruit and the vegetables then add your yogurt or almond milk and splenda blend well.
Makes 2-3 servings
