Too easy grilled scallop squash

by Stephen
(Va. Beach, Va.)

Cut the tips off each side of the squash and split it down the middle. On a platter pour some olive oil, salt, pepper and a little onion and/or garlic powder. Place the squash on the platter for at least 10 minutes. Put the pieces on a preheated grill on medium high for about 8-10 minutes turning like you would a steak to get the grill marks.

Cooking time obviously depends on how many btu's your grill is, but when you have clear diamond marks they should be done. Enjoy!
