Ultimate frozen smoothie

2 bananas (not frozen)

2-4 bags of frozen blueberries or stawberries.
>>>Do not defrost the fruit<<<<

1-1/2 cups of water depending on how thick you want to make the smoothie. You can swap milk for the water if you wish.

Taste the blueberries and strawberries before freezing to make sure they are sweet otherwise add a 1/2 cup of organic sugar to the mix.

Blending will take some more effort as the blender will need to work harder to blend the whole mix.

Also, if you want another great treat for the kids, simply freeze the mix into paper cups and now you have frozen pure fruit popsicles.
