Vegetable Smoothie

2 cups tomato juice

1 and a half chopped red bell pepper
1 and a half cucumber(peeled and chopped)
3 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
