Vegetarian Toddler smoothie

1/2c Almond milk

1/2c coconut water
4 raspberries
1inch piece of banana
2 small chunks of frozen Mango
1 frozen piece of pineapple
4 raw unsalted cashews
1 inch square of tofu
2 Tbs vegan plain yogurt (unsweetened)
1 Big healthy pinch of baby spinach or kale
Blend in Vitamix
Makes 12oz
