Zesty Non Fat Deviled Eggs

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced longwise
1 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp red pepper more if you like
1/4-1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Put egg yellows in a bowl and mash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Add enough water or lemon juice to make a smooth consistancy that will hold a shape when put back in the egg.
This is just enough to fill the eggs without mounding up.
